These horses are gorgeous
For the past 4 weeks I’ve been doing the Les Mills Grit program at my gym and yesterday was the final fitness test. We got all our measurements and then repeated the same test we did the first day and compared our results.
I could have done better (if I wasn’t so weak on the diet portion), but here are some highlights that I’m proud of:
-Lost an inch off each thigh
-Did 32 squat jumps with press in 1 min (15 first day)
-23 table tops push-ups in 1 min the first day to 4 on my toes + 16 on my knees last day
I’m actually super excited for the summer session and really am focused on trying harder with the diet portion (I just keep reminding myself that football season is fast approaching)
